In this course, you will learn how to collaborate and communicate effectively with ChatGPT. You will learn to write prompts that work, enabling you to get reliable AI responses that make you more productive and creative in your work. You’ll learn about the benefits and drawbacks of AI, as well as how to use it securely and responsibly.

You will be well-prepared for a world where AI is integrated into all the software products we use. Once you can use ChatGPT, you’ll be able to use other AI models as well, such as Copilot, Gemini or Claude.

The course alternates between instructional sessions, practical tasks, and discussions.

Included in the course package is an initial meeting, where we tailor the course content to your specific needs, ensuring you get the most out of it.

Content

During the course, we will cover the following topics and activities:

What is AI, and how does it work?
You will learn how ChatGPT works from a non-technical user’s perspective.
How do you use ChatGPT?
You will learn to write structured and effective prompts using a prompt template based on best practices.
What are ChatGPT’s limitations?
You’ll learn how to navigate the most important AI limitations – including hallucinations, short-term memory, data security, and the responsible use of AI.
Which tasks can ChatGPT assist you with?
We will explore examples, engage in practical exercises based on tasks you encounter in your daily work, and discuss which use cases ChatGPT can assist you with.

After the course, you will be able to use ChatGPT as your very own junior assistant, helping you complete your tasks more quickly and become more creative.

Prerequisites
No technical AI knowledge is required, just a curious mind. Come as you are.

Important: All participants bring a laptop and a mobile device, both with ChatGPT installed.

Price and Duration
The course is offered as a full-day session from 9:00 to 16:00 for 15,000 DKK (€2,000), or as 2 half-day sessions from 9:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 16:00 for 10,000 DKK (€1,350) per session, totalling 20,000 DKK (€2,700).

All prices are exclusive of VAT. An additional charge applies for extended travel.

Location
In a training or meeting room at your premises. Alternatively, in suitable training facilities in your area at your expense.
